You’ve misunderstood others and experienced being misunderstood. Are you even listening? You don’t get it. Sometimes the dialogue, internal or external, goes something like this, ‘That’s not it at all. You get me.’Īnd if you’re alive, breathing, and interacting with other humans, most of your conflicts don’t feel like this. Have you ever felt deeply understood when communicating with someone?
